Chandra Qualified with a Masters Degree in Pharmacy in 2010. After working in Pharmacy for some years, he then went on to complete his dental training at Kings College Hospital London and graduated with Honours on 2017.
Whilst working in the Maxillofacial Surgery Department at North Manchester University he completed Dental Core Training in Oral & Maxillofacial surgery and gained extensive experience in acute trauma management, oral medicine, and complex extractions.
After completing his Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh qualifications, he commenced his Post Graduate training in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry in 2020 and completed this in 2021.
Since then Chandra has been undertaking advanced training in Implant Surgery and is completing his Diploma in Implant Dentistry. He is still very involved with Oral Surgery at the practice undertaking complex extractions and bone grafting. He also continues to dedicate the remainder of his time to Restorative, Aesthetic and Cosmetic Dentistry. With his advanced training in both Surgery and Restorative Dentistry, Chandra was the perfect fit for the Implant team here. He joined us in 2021 and coordinates the growing Digital Scanning side of the practice for both Restorative and Surgical patients as well as managing the complex restorative cases especially the full arch implant bridges. His very focused eye, attention to detail and extensive knowledge of Restorative and Surgical dentistry make him especially placed to manage our complex implant cases.
